Jeff is our Executive Director and runs the day-to-day operation of the camp, RV park, leaseholder community and retreat ministry. Jeff came to us from Nashville Church of the Nazarene where he served as the Lead Pastor.

Johnna Sturgeon
Office Manager
Johnna has longstanding family ties to ILNC, and many fond memories of the long bus rides from Owosso Church of the Nazarene to Girls' Camp, Junior High Camp, and then Senior High Camp! She moved to her grandmother's former home on Oak Street back in 2013 while finishing her graduate degree, and began working as a seasonal employee in the camp office in 2019. She brought with her a variety of work experiences in private business, government, and education, and transitioned to a year-round employee in 2021. She continues to live on the grounds with her husband, mother, and dogs.

Bonnie Taylor
Director of Guest Relations
Bonnie moved to ILNC and joined the ILNC team as the Director of Guest Relations in June of 2021 after working as an Administrative Assistant for sixteen years at a Christian school. She schedules retreats and reservations for the camp and helps ensure that guests enjoy this sacred space. Bonnie and her husband Rob have three grown children and have been coming to ILNC since the early 90's and were Seasonal RVers for many years and now reside on the camp.
