We have nearly completed the gray bath to provide more comfortable, summer bathroom accommodations. We now have new capital campaigns to upgrade and refurbish the beach boardwalk (already in progress and making great headway), as well as to build a picnic shelter near the waterfront.​

Goal: Clean, bright bath facilities to compliment the Rustic Village housing.
​ Three phases: a “demo” phase, a prep phase and a re-install phase.
Project cost: $7000

• The building will require a total demolition of shower privacy stalls, removal of toilets, etc.
• All walls will require scraping and painting
• New floor tile will be laid and is already arranged for
• Installation of commercial shower and toilet dividers
