Director of Food Service
Starts immediately. This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position with great variation in work schedule depending on seasonal needs. Weekend work is required.
The Director of Food Service oversees the dining, catering, and snack bar operations of ILNC. This person is responsible for ordering food and all supplies related to the operation. He/she is responsible for providing high-quality, healthy, and tasty food for our guests--a vital part of the overall guest experience. Applicant must be able to lift 25 pounds, possess appropriate food safety training certification, and have experience in catering, commercial food service, or camp/school food service.

Housekeeper
Starts September 18. Seeking a year-round hourly housekeeper, schedule is 24-32 hours per week during the off season and 32-40 hours per week during the busy season. Weekend availability is required during the busy season, and applicant must be available to help turn over guest rooms between noon and 3 pm daily during the busiest periods.
Duties can include vacuuming, laundry, trash removal, and cleaning bathing and cooking areas in guest rooms, shower houses, and meeting spaces. Applicant must be able to lift 25-50 pounds. Housekeeping/janitorial experience not required, but a plus!
