Director of Operations:
Starts Immediately. Position is full time, year round, and salaried. Weekend availability is required.
The Director of Operations and Maintenance oversees the buildings, grounds, and general systems of the entire 260-acre property. He or she supervises part-time paid and volunteer workers in landscaping and maintenance duties.
The Director of Operations reports to the Executive Director. He or she expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to coordinate with other team members, especially the Director of Guest Services.

Starts Immediately. From mid-April to late September, schedule is 20-35 hours per week, with fewer hours (15-20) during the off season. Weekend availability is required during the busy season, and applicant must be available to help turn over guest rooms between noon and 3 pm daily during the busiest periods of Family Camp in July.
Duties can include vacuuming, laundry, trash removal, and cleaning bathing and cooking areas in guest rooms, shower houses, and meeting spaces. Applicant must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
