Maintenance Requests
Greetings ILNC Family,
I am happy to have been given an opportunity recently to fill the position of Interim Director of Operations. In an effort to serve the camp to the best of my ability, I am reaching out to ask for some help with some basic information. Attached you will find a link that will take you to our Automated Maintenance Request System. If there is something on the campground that you are aware of that needs some attention, please take the time to fill this out. This should drastically consolidate the information from all across the camp so we can effectively schedule and complete needed tasks in a timely manner.
In addition to the link, we are currently in the process of having QR codes placed around the camp to make requesting maintenance or service easier and accessible to everyone, everywhere. This process will no doubt increase the volume of requests which in turn will also create more need for additional volunteers. We are also creating a volunteer list which will require the names of willing volunteers and possibly items that they would like to help with or skillsets that will be useful for service at the camp. If you could, please email the office or myself at Tyler@IndianLake.camp so that we can get you added to the list.
I look forward to the opportunity to continue to make the camp a place for Renewal, Relationships, and Recreation and I'm excited to join you on this journey.
Thank you for your consideration.
