How seasonal pass registration works:
 

• Call or email the ILNC office to verify your eligibility and set up an account (NEW customers only)

• Provide current state registrations for all watercraft on your account, either in person, by mail, or by email.

• Pay your seasonal pass fee. E-invoices can be sent upon request.

• Sign and return your waterfront contract.

• Pick up your ILNC watercraft sticker(s) and, or request that we mail your sticker(s).

• Place the ILNC sticker on the watercraft next to the state sticker, and you're ready to launch!
