How to become a leaseholder

Homes at Indian Lake Nazarene Camp are privately owned, while the lots on which they are located are leased from ILNC.

Because ILNC issues the lot leases, prospective buyers must complete our online application process and receive approval from the ILNC Camp Board before entering into a purchase agreement.

The current property owner or the owner’s representative will be happy to assist you with questions about the home, showings, negotiations, and the sale itself.
