We have nearly completed our campaign refurbish the former yellow cabins and the gray bath to provide more comfortable, affordable summer accommodation. We now have new capital campaigns to upgrade and refurbish the beach boardwalk, as well as to build a picnic shelter near the waterfront.​

Gray Bath

Goal: Clean, bright bath facilities to compliment the Yellow cabin housing.
​ Three phases: a “demo” phase, a prep phase and a re-install phase.
Project cost: $7000

• The building will require a total demolition of shower privacy stalls, removal of toilets, etc.
• All walls will require scraping and painting
• New floor tile will be laid and is already arranged for
• Installation of commercial shower and toilet dividers
